I listed the site at Flippa, based on the multipliers you give in the Loophole manual and using the listing description virtually verbatim. In the time it took me to finalize the listing and go back and view the listing page it to make sure it was listed properly, it already had a buy it now offer on it. I thought I did something wrong because it was so fast, but it turned out to be legit.

The site literally sold within 30 seconds, and the cheque is coming from escrow.com today or tomorrow. I'm sure this is an exceptional case, but it's still pretty amazing to me.

In hindsight, I probably could have got a bit more for it but I'm not complaining. The buyer is happy and got a good deal, and I'm happy with the money I got. Plus, this buyer is already looking for more sites from me so I've started building that buyer list already."
